The install was very easy, loosen the exhaust bolts from the head
Loosen the muffler clamp take off the heat shield
take off the 2 muffler mounting bolts remove the muffler.
Then I had to take out the muffler gasket from the stock muffler.
I installed it in the Jardine be careful it is delicate.
Now you are ready to install your new muffler.
Simple just put it on the stock one has studs that
mount it , the Jardine has bolts that makes it easy.
Tighten up the exhaust bolts to the head First
then tighten the clamp (the Jardine comes with a clamp but I used
the factory one).O ya you will need 2 stainless washers for the mount
The Jardine only comes with Lock washers. They are to small to fit the gromet`s.
The Jardine comes with a heat shield But I used the factory one.
You will need 2 stainless hose clamps put them through the mounting slots on the heat shield
then around the muffler and put on the factory half clamp and your done.
No cutting welding or sweat,It bolts right up.
The exhaust blues or (yellows ) where the pipe fits to the muffler but the heat shield covers it so far.
I dont have any pictures yet but I will soon and I will share with all.
Thanks for your questions it lets me share with all
